Aurelia Cloud Inc. ("Aurelia Cloud") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We collect account information you provide (such as your name, work email, and company), information needed to deliver the service, and standard technical data such as log and usage information.
We use your information to provide and improve the services, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the services secure. We process data on the legal bases of contract performance and legitimate interest.
Aurelia Cloud does not sell your personal information and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of sub-processors to run the service, listed in our security documentation and available on request — or request the sub-processor list in a Slack chat, no signup required.
Aurelia Cloud has a SOC 2 Type II audit in progress, offers dedicated private regions, and provides DDoS protection on every endpoint. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and you can request export or deletion at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email privacy@aurelia-cloud.kiwiapps.org.
